Government desires to procure a non- personal services contract to build, install and upgrade the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) within the two MISES SCIFS #50 and #71, the Communications Room in the JIAOC, Bldg. 4012 and the BDOC, Bldg. 2244 in support of the U.S. Army North (ARNORTH) located at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, TX.Questions for this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) shall be submitted on or before 12:00 P.M.

During the construction of the Helicopter Operations Facility, the security system was installed with an Inturstion Detection System and Access Control System all collocated inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. This does not comply with DOD and AFI for having a certified SCIF. Several projects were created to separate the IDS and ACS system of the SCIF room 257.2 from the rest of the building.
