The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order for International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025:2017 Accreditation. Proposed Contractor: ANSI NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD, LLC (ANAB) 330 E. KILBOURN AVE.
The United Stated Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 13.106, with ANSI National Accreditation Board, LLC 330 E Kilbourn Ave Suite 925 Milwaukee WI 53202, USA,as the only responsible source that can provide ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation will replace ABFT accreditation for forensic toxicology labs nationwide.
The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for ISO 17025 Accreditation for the Navy Primary Standards Lab listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13.

The implementation of the initial assessment shall include all applicable services such as auditing, reporting, and accreditation in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 version (or above) standard scope of the “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” in its entirety for the MXSG Chemistry Laboratory at Robins AFB.
Offerors must fully demonstrate they meet the technicalrequirements set forth IAW PWS section 1.3.This is a non-personnel services contract to provide ISO/IEC 17025 standards accreditation to the Ground VehicleService Center (GVSC) test labs to by an Accrediting Body. The Government shall not exercise any supervision orcontrol over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
