Clarification: Per Q&A# 23, 400 IT staff support the scope of existing Tier 1 and 2 services only. This contract provides 5 onsite staff for Tier 1 and 2 support in Rockville, MD, and rest of the contractor staff provides Tier 3 support for the 20,000 end users.
