PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 4A, Block 50, consisting of approximately 12,805 square feet (ADA-50944 successive lease to ADA-08239), at Iliamna Airport for 30 years, to expire October 1, 2052. The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07138 (Lot 1B, Block 200), consisting of approximately 46,000 square feet, at Iliamna Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Iliamna Investments, Inc. Annual rent: $1,794.00.
