The City of Beaumont (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals (Consultant) to provide document imaging and quality control services. City seeks Consultant(s) for scanning of City records and quality control of electronic copies of its records forpreservation within the City’s electronic repository (Laserfiche) and physical preservation in indexed storage boxes.
The Contractor agrees to ensure compliance/acceptance testing of the imaging equipment is performed on at least an annual basis or if major components of the machine is serviced or replaced. The compliance/acceptance tests will be done in accordance with nationally recognized standards. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring the compliance testing of the mobile imaging device by a qualified medical physicist.
