This acquisition will accomplish the following: (1) update microscope stage from single-slide to multi-slides stage to allow multisided imaging of mouse and monkey sections; (2) upgrade the light source to improve detection of the red and infrared increasing and increase the number of fluorophores that can be imaged; (3) provide new brightfield and monochrome cameras for higher signal-to-noise and larger imaging area that will increase imaging speed
