Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is issuing this Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to determine if requiring the National Dredging Quality Management (DQM) Program for Pipeline Dredges in future projects in the Jacksonville District Area of Responsibility (AOR) historically set-aside for small business and typically completed with cutter-suction dredges will impact small business.
