The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), is hereby soliciting proposals from all professional consulting firms to provide the City with Emergency Management Administrative Support Services, which shall include without limitation, expert programmatic and policy advice on federal disaster relief programs, federal regulations, including the Robert T.
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act and Surface Transportation Program (STP) will fund these improvements. These funds have obligation dates for various phases of the project, in addition to regular reporting and documentation to be submitted.
The funds have been allocated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Disaster Relief Grant Program.
The Town of Cambridge is participating in the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief Program (CDBG-DR), which provides funding to towns to purchase and demolish properties damaged by Tropical Storm Irene. This is a Federally funded program administered by the Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC). The property included in this ITB has been purchased by the Town of Cambridge.
