RR-23-4899 - Landscape Planting Improvements The work under this contract includes planting of trees and shrubs, plant care monitoring of trees and shrubs during the initial planting and extended establishment periods, mowing for planting preparation, maintenance and weed control, applying weed control herbicide, erosion and sediment control, and maintenance of traffic operations.

This Project will be the third phase.The Project’s final landscape improvements include native mitigation plantings required by the Permit. The Permit requires a minimum five-year monitoring and maintenance period, and that the plantings meet success criteria.
