The objective of the project the rehabilitation of the raw water Mountain Tunnel and related improvements to control water flow, water quality, and maintenance access.

Bidder will furnish all materials, labor, equipment and performing all work required to complete the project. It consists of improvements to storm culverts using centrifugally cast concrete pipe lining technology, starting at Jefferson St continuing along Storm easement to Washington St to Young St and along Young St to Storm Manhole and through Washington Villa’s Apartments to the Outfall of storm main.

The work includes concrete lining repairs, contact grouting, concrete invert paving, large flow control valving facility, new tunnel adits and access portals, new siphon extension, deep shafts, access road slope stabilization, environmental mitigations, and other site work and restoration. The work is to be performed in Tuolumne and Mariposa Counties, California.
