DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture the following:Reactive Skin Decontamination Lotion (RSDL), NSN 6505-01-507-5074 Inactive Skin Decontamination Lotion (ISDL), NSN 6910-01-507-5141. RSDL shall be a topical lotion containing a free oxime dissolved in a maximum of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water.

Purchase of two 40-foot decontamination stations. These will provide corrosion control workers decontamination operations effectively and in compliance with EPA standards UFC 4-2111-02. These facilities will need to have running water/showers, wired for electricity for climate control, and space for lockers and equipment, etc.
Delivery of two 40-foot portable decontamination stations. The solicitation for this project is expected to be issued approximately September 2023. The date and time will be identified in the solicitation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, material, tooks equipment, transportation, vehicle, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary to perform on Okinawa Japan.
This cost-plus-fixed-fee effort is for the research and development of a decontamination product to treat wounds.
