Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCIE) and InCites Benchmarking subscription
The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC) has a requirement for online access to the InCites and Benchmarking & Analytics web-based research evaluation tool and the Journal and Highly Cited Data. Access is restricted to the Office of Science. DOE is provided with a direct link to the website which is listed on the OSTI.gov website under the pulldown tab labeled research tools via the SCeJournals link button.
In accordance with the aforementioned authorities, the anticipated modification will serve to add the following new/additional subscriptions that were not anticipated at the time of award of Purchase Order N0017323P2016: Emerging Sources Citation Index Chinese Science Citation Database InCites Benchmarking & Analytics The Journals API ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global.
Access to Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and InCites Benchmarking and Analytics shall also be included. The contractor shall also include the option of adding Clarivate research and discovery products. II. Services to be performedA. General Requirements1.
