This notice is provided in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(2) and FAR 6.302-2, and serves as offical notice that the Library executed additional modifications on a sole-source basis which increased the IDIQ shared-ceiling amount of its multiple-award Agile IDIQ. See the attached redacted class justification and approval document for details.
The subject IDIQ contract ceiling has been increased by an additional $300,000.00 to allow for modifications to open task orders. The specific contract action does not obligate additional funds to the IDIQ, but allows for the unanticipated increase of an open task order for differing site conditions.
Amendment 0002 extends the due date for questions to 25 April 2024, and makes a correction to paragraph (1) Contract Information, sub-paragraph 9 of the Synopsis. Revised synopsis is attached. This Indefinite Delivery Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) AE Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is being procured in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act as implemented in FAR Part 36 and the supplements thereto.

(c) Government anticipates awarding this contract by Fiscal Year (FY) 2025.(d) The Government anticipates placing orders totaling a minimum of $1,000.00 for the life of the contract by the Government, but not in excess of $7,500,000.00 for the base and all options for the life of the contract.
