This Indefinite Delivery Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) AE Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is being procured in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act as implemented in FAR Part 36 and the supplements thereto. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Philadelphia District (CENAP) plans to award one (1) A-E Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for A-E services to perform Master Planning and Engineering Services. This contract is being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6.
