The purpose of this RFI is to accomplish market research regarding the hospital renovation project (Whiteriver Indian Hospital Renovations (WRIHReno)) in Whiteriver, AZ in support of Whiteriver Indian Health Service renovation. There four (4) departments to be renovated, which include the Primary Care, Emergency, Physical Therapy, and Speciality Care Departments.
This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H70123R00015 Santa Fe Indian Hospital (SFIH) Pharmacy Renovation (Santa Fe, NM) (AQ19SF001) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).SCOPE OF WORK: Refer to Section C, Attachments J01 and J02 for full scope of work.
Lawton Indian Hospital is expanding the Emergency Room department and will need stretchers. The Indian Health Services intends to award a firm-fixed price award for this requirement.
The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional HOSPITALIST SERVICES FOR THE PARKER IHS INDIAN HOSPITAL CENTER LOCATED IN PARKER, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All Practitioners must complete and be award privileges at the Lawton Indian Hospital before providing services under this requirement.
