For the provision of Indigenous Consultation and Engagement Services for the Canadian Energy Regulator (CER). The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to October 31, 2024 inclusive. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
RTD requests proposals from interested community-based organizations (CBOs) for the outreach and engagement scope area. RTD is particularly seeking CBOs with a strong grassroots presence and significant reach within the community.
Topics of discussion will include current project and community development permitting, regulations, hiring, environmental justice, and other informational outreach.
