The purpose of this BAA is to solicit fundamental (basic and applied) research collaboration of full proposals, as defined in National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 189, National Policy on Transfer of Scientific, Technical and Engineering Information, 21 September 1985.
The ALPS fixed systems are operating in support of Combatant Commanders in the United States European Command, the United States Indo-Pacific Command and the United States Central Command.Scope:Interested sources shall demonstrate the corporate knowledge and experience to provide engineering, logistics and technical support for: Existing operational ALPS prototypes in support of United States (U.S.)
Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).This Sources Sought should not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government of the United States to acquire any parts or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately.
