An important strategic goal of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Industrial Base Management and Supply Chain (IBMSC) Office Advanced Manufacturing Domain is to support and facilitate development of the technological infrastructure within the Domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to provide new materials, products, capabilities, and manufacturing paradigms for the Nation.
NOTE: THIS RFI IS FOR INDUSTRIAL BASE MANAGEMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN (IBMSC).The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge regarding current/future production and market capacity to sustain domestic capacities for the manufacturing of N95 respirators. The key to having robust national medical support is having available, agile, and sustained N95 respirator manufacturing capacity.
To provide analysis, development, and implementation of manufacturing technology for the defense industrial base to include: Program Management DoD Manufacturing Project Implementation Industry Training and Outreach
Memorandum (POM) ammunition requirements and theirassociation with the ammunition production industrial base.6) Ability to help users interact with the Industrial Base Assessment Tool (IBAT) system, andperform operational functions with the modules that exist therein.7) Ability to perform specialized in‐depth ammunition industrial base and supply chain management studies in‐house.8) Maintain interfaces and have the ability to establish new interfaces
