The Dexter-Lawson industrial paper cutter owned by the US goverment located in Rock Island, IL requires an immediate replacement of the Hydraulic Pump to meet mission requirments. Only one source could be found to provide this pump and replacment services. Therefore, a sole sourced contrat was written to provide for this replacement.
