Work to be done shall consist of the construction of a permanent 2,000 GPM deep well and furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to conduct the construct the Chemical Feed Building, Weel Enclosure Building, Chlorine Storage Building, and Fluoride Storage Enclosure. Construction shall consist of the installation of a new deep well to the depth and diameter required in the Construction Drawings and Technical Specification.
Summary: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide all Work and materials for the maintenance dredging of the North End of the Inner Harbor of Seafood Industrial Park, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. For this project, the town of Grand Chute will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids for the NORDALE COMMERCE INDUSTRIAL PARK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Electronic bids will be accepted until 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 23, 2024. After the official Bid closing time, Bids will be opened, reviewed and, if accepted, displayed.
The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the following 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, associated piping, foundation work, grading, grassing, erosion control, painting, cleaning, disinfection, SCADA, electrical and all other appurtenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings.
