This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the supplies listed under "Description of Requirement" of the attached RFQ. This RFQ synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13.
One parts washer is to be replaced upon Notice to Proceed with the option to purchase up to two additional replacement parts washers. Contractor will be responsible for tying the new parts washer(s) into existing exhaust and fume systems and supply lines (water, electrical hard wiring, etc.). The Contractor will also be responsible for disposing of any replaced parts washers.
