The Government is trying to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to repair the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Block Upgrade 2 (BU2) AN/USQ-140(V) components listed below. See Attachment for further details.

This requirement effort is for the repair of the Radio Frequency Amplifier assets for the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) AN/URC-107.  The Period of Performance will be a basic 12-month period plus four additional ordering periods, plus an optional six month extension, starting at date of award. 

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources and their size classifications (i.e., HUBZone 8(a), 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-owned, Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, and Small Disadvantaged Business) relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541820, “Public Relations Services” ($16.5 million size standard). This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five (5) Requirements Type Contract with a Basic year plus Four-one year ordering periods with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the Repair of components applicable to the Multifunctional Information Distribution System – Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS – JTRS) AN/USQ-190 (V).
