The intent of this project is for a holistic software system(s) that will prioritize information connectivity and accessibility throughout the municipality and be able to integrate and work with current and future applications, modules, and/or software. The County’s goal is to design the new system(s) around best practices allowing for more streamlined and improved processes that result in timely, accurate, and easy to access information.
Purpose DSHS requires an agency wide Information Technology (IT) Roadmap to provide a holistic enterprise level “big picture” view and understanding to inform and guide the agency’s efforts to support DSHS and the clients its serves.
