The proposed Single-Award Contract will require performing ocean services which include: support services for the development, manufacturing, integration, survey, installation, repair, and recovery of ocean infrastructure and/or components; test and evaluation of existing ocean infrastructure and/or individual components; offshore support to include but not limited to boats, ships, aircraft, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), and remotely operated
This RFP will help lay the foundation for a broader offshore wind vision for California, and guide the state in developing policy, regulations, processes, and infrastructure necessary to enable the successful growth of an offshore wind industry.
