The purpose of the Housing and Non-Residential Needs Analysis Study is to inform how the Town of Milton will grow to meet the needs of population and employment to year 2051. The Study will form the basis of the growth strategy in the Town’s new Official Plan as well as inform regional infrastructure planning. The Study will also meet the Planning Act requirements for a Municipal Assessment Report required for Inclusionary Zoning policy.
