It is anticipated that the initial delivery order will be for 140 Squibs, and subsequent orders will be placed on an annual basis for approximately 100 Squibs thereafter, not to exceed the contemplated contract ceiling quantity of 500 Squibs. Delivery to Arnold AFB is required NLT 30 Weeks After Receipt of Order (WARO).
The guaranteed minimum dollar value will be obligated on the initial Delivery Order at the time of award. An award resulting from this RFP in no way obligates the Government to order products beyond the guaranteed minimum contract order dollar value.The total 5 year contract maximum dollar value is $50,000,000.00.Please see the RFP and associated attachments for complete details.
An initial Delivery Order for 519 Vaneaxial Fan Assemblies will be placed immediately folllowing IDIQ award.Subsequent Orders, if any, will purchase 30 or more Vaneaxial Fan Assemblies, up to a total deliverable quantity of 1,269 each over five years.This requirement includes specialized coating (e.g. Chemical Agent Resistant Coating / CARC, Light Phosphate) and Initial Product Inspection (IPI) requirements.
