The City of East Palo Alto (City) is soliciting proposals to develop an over-the-counter Affordable Housing Preservation Fund Program to facilitate physical and financial preservation of housing in East Palo Alto and a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable housing preservation funds.

The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) from qualified private and non-profit organizations who are interested in developing affordable rental housing within the District of Nipissing. The DNSSAB is seeking a wide variety of affordable housing development options including both shovel-ready and conceptual projects.

The City is seeking qualified developers to construct affordable Permanent Supportive Housing for people experiencing homelessness. Developers should be able to provide on-site services utilizing a HUD Housing First approach. The RFP will implement the Housing Commission Framework and the 2022 Housing Bond Community Committee's parameters to develop the solicitation scoring.

This partnership will allow for pre-development work to proceed on a supportive housing project, including selection of location(s), design of the project, obtaining necessary planning approvals and securing funding. The target development size will be between 150 and 300 supportive housing units and could include one location or multiple locations.
