Description The work includes providing all labor and materials to perform semi-annual roof inspections at various Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) facilities. In addition, contractor may be asked to perform various repairs tasks as may be required by roof system manufacturers and MCPS. This work will be performed at various facilities throughout MCPS as requested.

Awarded vendor(s) will perform required annual inspection services in full compliance with the most current and any previous applicable NFPA 25 standards, codes, or regulations for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems and one (1) nitrogen system.
