A description of the work involved with this service contract can be summarized as follows: Provide a Semi-Annual inspection and or cleaning of Kitchen Hood/Vent Range. The Kitchens are located on Gowen Field and outlying Readiness Centers. The inspection will include visual inspections along with testing of valves, switches, pressure gauges. Replacement of broken or damaged parts.

All work will be in accordance to all Federal and State Law to include all DOD and Air Force Directives.2 This annual inspection contract signifies a service provider (Contractor) takes total responsibility for the equipment identified in the contract.
