The selected vendor will be required to perform catch basin vactoring; inspection of catch basins for illicit discharges and connections; storm pipe jetting and cleaning; CCTV services; control structure vactoring and repair; stormwater facility jetting, cleaning, and vacctorin; water quality system maintenance such as filter cartridge cleaning and replacement, FilterraTM and Modular Wetland SystemTM maintenance; hydro excavation vactor services;
Perform Fire extinguishers annual inspection, perform the six-year maintenance and hydro testing as required. When requested, the awarded contractor will recharge any low charge extinguishers. Price for recharges, annual inspections, six-year maintenance and hydro testing, must include the cost of all material, parts, labor, service fees and any other cost associated to the services mentioned. H-GAC is soliciting responses for selecting qualified manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and service providers for sewer/storm water line cleaning, maintenance, and inspection, hydro-excavating equipment, and sewer/storm water line related services to make these types of products and services available to Customers of the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program under blanket type contracts.
The vendor shall provide action and services to ensure and correct any issue from the inspection/monitoring that is out of spec for the requirement of the SPS regulation. 6 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS A Corrective and Preventative Maintenance Checklist shall be provided for each inspection. The vendor shall submit the inspection report and preventative maintenance checklists to the facility via email within 48 hours after work completion.
