The project includes construction of an approximately 2,050 SF cast-in-place concrete stage, placed in the existing concrete pad, extension and installation of electrical conduit, wiring and flush mount, waterproof while in use, electrical outlets, and passing final inspections by City Inspectors (see Design Narrative Attachment).

Mechanics rounds shall be coordinated with the COR. Inspection rounds of each elevator, dumbwaiter, wheelchair lift, and cart lift for proper operation shall include but not limited to: Landing accuracy Power door operation, including proximity safety edges, mechanical safety edges, and photo electric eyes. Emergency stop, switch and bell. Ride each elevator, checking for unusual noises, vibration, or faulty operation (leveling and stopping).
