Additionally, the DFPI seeks to utilize paid marketing via search engines (such as Google) and social media (promoted posts on the DFPI's Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube profiles), and Public Service Announcement (PSAs) distributed through radio and digital media platforms. To address these needs, the DFPI is seeking a contractor to develop a media plan for resources, and conduct a media buy to promote those resources.
This project aims to develop Com batting Violent Extremism (CVE) framework for training and awareness programs, suspicious activity reporting (SAR) indicators, and behaviors to help prevent radicalization through social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter) to educate the public on misinformation campaigns and resources to help them identify and report potential instances of violent extremism.
These will be City structures that the public will enter, so planning for their public use is important. Historically appropriate exterior lighting on the fronts of the structures will aid in accessibility and security, and rear motion detectors will also contribute to the security of the buildings. An outside spigot will provide water if City staff or janitorial staff have a need for it for cleaning or maintenance.
