The project consist of the following:  Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and license as required to INSTALL NEW QUARTZ KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS IN TEN (10) EACH housing units in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective vendor/contractor must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.  Wages will be in accordance with Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). 

This includes but is not limited to, abandoned furniture, mattresses, couches, tables, chairs, carpeting, contents of kitchen cabinets, closets etc. 3. Provide and install doors and hardware. 4. Provide and install Trash hopper doors and pans. 5. Install kitchen cabinets. 6. Provide and install Formica laminated kitchen counter tops. 7. Provide and install sinks complete with faucets and connections. 8.

Dismount the existing kitchens including sinks and faucets. Furthermore, clear and dismount the refrigerator, the dish washer and the freestanding kitchen range. Store them intermediately and reinstall them as well as reconnect them at a later date. 3. Dismantle the existing wall tiles. 4. Deliver and install new kitchen furniture with recess back panels and counter tops. 5. Connect the existing electrical kitchen appliances. 6.

• Remove existing cabinets and counter tops; • Install new cabinets (ADA compliant); • Install quartz counter tops; and, • Install appliances.

In the kitchen, replace counter tops, stove, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and install exhaust fan above stove. Replace all kitchen and bathroom faucets to ADA compliance. Put in a CO2 detector, replace weather strip and trim on front door, and replace dining room light fixture. Widen east side hall, widen 1 bedroom door and ADA bathroom. Connect vents in attic for bathrooms and kitchen. Prune back tree branches that are overhanging the roof.
