Project Scope Project Description The work to be done under this contract is located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA and consists of procuring and installing a prefabricated radio frequency (RF) telecommunications shelter on the 6th floor roof of Building 2, fabricating and installing steel beams to roof parapet to support prefabricated building, fabricate and install steel stairs and hand rails

Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required and necessary to repair, replace and/or install steel stairs, fire escapes, rails and railings, decorative iron work, steel ladders, access doors, areaway gratings, chimney straps, chimney caps, and similar metal constructions and related components.
The project scope is comprised of: • Supply and install of a prefabricated steel structure jumping platform • Supply and install of prefabricated stairs to be installed adjacent to the platform • Adherence to the Province of Alberta’s Water Approval Permit
