This requirement is part of the Army Installations of the Future (IotF) Program which seeks to improve the speed and costs of building controls integrations with UMCS across the Army, better enabling advanced analytics for energy costs savings and improved resilience.
Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses and establish a Qualified Vendors List (“QVL”) of licensed contractors (“vendor” or “contractor”) for commercial mechanical repair and installation services for future LRWRA projects.
Legacy facility management practices at military installations span disparate stand-alone systems impacting the installation’s ability to comply with smart installations of the future requirements. Integrated analysis currently requires unique one-off processes to combine data and expert engagement to develop analytic results from a myriad of available, but unintegrated tools and models.
The station requires a 3-stop elevator installation at the future elevator location shown in the Project As-Builts: VA URGENT CARE FINAL DRAWINGS AS BUILTS (provided upon contract award). 2. The Urgent Care addition at John J. Pershing VAMC was completed in 2020 and included installation of one (1) elevator, Passenger Elevator No. P-7, shown in Project As-Builts: AS-BUILT ELEVATOR (provided upon contract award).
