Technical Instruction ServicesIntroduction to Intelligence for Law Enforcement CourseIntermediate Intelligence: Connect the Dots CourseThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The Iowa Army National Guard requires technical instruction services for a “Introduction to Intelligence for Law Enforcement and Intermediate Intelligence: Connecting the Dots” course for the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (MCTC). The period of performance (PoP) will be a base period of approximately eight (8) months (subject to change depending on award date) and four (4) 12-month option periods.
Technical Instruction Services for Introductory to Intelligence for Law Enforcement and Intermediate Intelligence: Connecting the Dots courses for the Iowa National Guard Midwest Counterdrug Training Center. Two iterations of each course to be provided in the base period and six iterations of each course to be provided in each 12-month option period.
Course of instruction shall combine classroom academics, along with practical and/or scenario-based exercises to facilitate hands-on learning. The course of instruction shall include Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) derived profiles for trainees and incorporate the preparation and employment of specific virtual tools such as virtual machines.
