See attached amendment "12639523Q0279-0002" The purpose of this amendement is to: 1. Amend the maximum contract amount in AGAR clause 452.216-73 - Minimum and Maximum Contract Amounts (FEB 1988) from $450,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 in order to allow additional capacity in the event of a Foreign Animal Disease (FAD) emergency.2. Extend the due date to 10/24/2023 1400 Eastern Time.
Vegetable Laboratory requires four (4) hydroponic ‘farm suites’ from insulated shipping containers (40’x 8’ x 9’6”) and contains a state-of-the-art hydroponic system. These units must be customized for up to 8,000 plant capacity using nutrient film technique channels combined with Flood & Drain System trays designed for research and development purposes.
