healthcare and substance abuse services, is currently soliciting bids through a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the provision, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of an Electronic Health Record and Integrated Practice Management Systems (“EHR”).  

Ability to maintain the orchard to a professional standard, using integrated pest management practices (IPM) and other best-practices in the care of the trees, the production of healthy quality fruit, and the sustainability of the orchard environment. 2.

The Selected Bidder(s) shall practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Principles. The City considers IPM as an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. IPM programs use current, comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment.

Low Impact Development Integrated Management Practice measures will be provided. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided. Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services in addition to access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems.

Apply Integrated Pest Management practices (e.g. rotation of pesticides, etc.) and follow all Louisiana Pesticide Application Rules and guidelines.See attached statement of work.
