Security Integrated Services Project Description :AER is seeking a contractor to support Supply, installation, troubleshooting and service work for camera systems (Milestone), card access systems (Lenel), alarms and related sub-systems throughout the AB province.
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services/Child Development Division (hereinafter the “State”) seeks to establish a contract with an entity to develop the Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) guidance manual that will be used by the CIS network of providers.
Major services included are Comprehensive Counseling and Support Services (CCSS), Voluntary Case Management (VCM) Services, Family Strengthening Services (FSS), Permanency Strengthening Services (PSS), Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS), and Community Outreach and Resource Centers.
As part of the service expectation, the District requires on-site consulting and system integration support as well as routine system project implementations. As such, Proponents must provide proof that they can provide adequate staffing with a presence in the Metro Vancouver area as well as competitive pricing for the provisioning of hardware, software and services.For more details, please see Schedule A. Work will include all labor, material, permits and supervision for the replacement of carpet tiles, Vinyl Composite Ties and walk off mat at the EOU Integrated Services Building (ISB).
