The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0042121G0005 to Collins Aerospace, 400 Collins Rd., NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 to provide a quantity of four 973F-5 Lab Integration Test Sets (Collins Aerospace Part Number 822-2990-002) for the PMA 209 International Programs.
The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this draft Final Request For Proposal (DRFP) for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program. The SITR contractor will be responsible for integration and testing of an integrated weapon system to include the Next Generation Interceptor, GMD Weapon System, and In-Service Fleet.

In accordance with the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program Solicitation Section L-1.4, the Government has amended portions of the GMD SITR Solicitation (Amendment 0001). All terms and conditions that are not amended remain unchanged. Interested offerors may only submit questions or comments regarding any aspect of Amendment 0001. See Section L-1.0 of the GMD SITR Solicitation.
