SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order with Philips North America, LLC., a large business. This procurement will provide a replacement cover for the Philips PET/CT Vereos model 6511439, located at the VA Medical Center in Portland, OR.
It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 333517. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 500 employees.
