This interim task order (TO) is against federal supply schedule 47QSMA19D08P3 to ILM Corporation of Virginia Inc. to continuethe contracted support for Document Management Services (DMS). The DMS program provides vetting and credentialing services in support of the Security Threat Assessments (STA).
DHS awarded this DWAC in 2009 and extended its performance until HS to order Microsoft services directly from Microsoft in the form of task orders placed against a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. The OIG was able to access this IDIQ contract to meet its mission requirements for Microsoft services. The IDIQ contract expired in February 2021 and can no longer be accessed.
