Description The University is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform painting and touchup of the interior living spaces at Sea Gull Square residence hall. Sea Gull Square is a 12-month lease apartment style residences hall. As such, there will be residents living in the areas and often in the same apartment where painting is to be completed.

Patch and prep as needed interior walls. Applying 2 coats of appropriate paint for exterior surfaces and interior surfaces. Brick and non-painted surfaces to be protected from paint drips or overspray.
