The Seattle and Tacoma, WA Western District Courthouses are in need of replacement interior signage for the Magistrate and Bankruptcy Judges.
This construction project will replace or enhance all interior signage at the LTC Charles S. Kettles VAMC. The intent is to drastically improve wayfinding, utilizing architectural features, technology, and overall sign replacement to enhance the experience when navigating the medical center.
Interior maintenance (including HVAC, signage and fire extinguisher maintenance, plumbing, electrical fixtures, door locks, pest control, and other minor repairs) in accordance with the General Clauses (Attachment 3).2. All real estate taxes and insurance premiums with respect to the leased premises.3. Common area maintenance.4. All utilities including: electric, natural gas (if applicable), water, sewer, and trash removal.5.
The scope of work includes bathroom rehabilitations, corridor doors and hardware, lighting replacement, HVAC replacement and repairs, and interior wayfinding signage. The removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials will be included in this scope of work. Adherence to the State of TN High Performance Building Requirements is required.
