This requirement is for a contractor to provide support to monitor the computer and internet activities of defendants and persons under community supervision by United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices (USPPSO) in all 94 judicial districts within the United States and its territories on a 24 hour/7 day a week continuous basis.
The objective of the Internet Monitoring Program is to support protecting the public health by obtaining Internet analysis support services to assist FDA in identifying illegal marketing and/or sale of FDA-regulated products via the Internet including, but not limited to, websites, social media platforms, and chat/messaging services.
