Internet Service Provider (ISP) must provide detailed network topology map that shows all possible paths ISP use for the internet traffic between ISP hub in Tbilisi, Georgia and the ISP hub in United States of America (USA). Internet Service Provider (ISP) must have redundancy in the Internet backbone between Georgia and USA.

GPN is the Internet 2 Network back-up and provides redundancy when required. Internet 2 and GPN provide for Data continuity requirements by USGS is a sole source. This is the only source that provides a secondary path for the data should Internet 2 fail. Internet 2 is a closed Independent not for profit network. The only network with consistent bandwidth to convey the data with the speed, and integrity required for Landsat digital data.
The contractor will be able to provide site specific equipment connectivity requirements are identified in Appendix 1, along with required features: Phone Service, IP Flex Reach FFP Phone service to support SIP voice over INTERNET circuit to include 96 concurrent phone paths (or more) covering 10,163 DID’s. Phone services to include, unlimited local calling, 300 minutes/call path of long distance.
