The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, professional services contracts involving Postal Facilities typically ranging from 50,000 to 1,500,000 square feet.
Property Maintenance: Sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facility systems and base infrastructure for all installation organizations. Sustainment work is defined as recurring work involving facilities, utility systems (excluding utility operations), real property installed equipment and other equipment maintained by the BCE.
The vendor and his/her employees shall ensure that all gates giving access to facilities are secured. Failure to properly secure CSD facilities may result in a reduction of payment and/or collection of damages as specified in the Contract. 11. The vendor shall report any damage or potential hazard involving facility property immediately to the CSD representative during normal business hours, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
