The 266th FISC is interested in information gathering for the following scenario.SCENARIO: The Italy Finance office administers time and attendance and payroll services for full automated processing of Italian Local National employee payroll utilizing the Italian Local National Pay System (ILNPS) that is Compliant with Italian Legislation and the "Conditions of Employment" (COE) for Local National Employees of the U.S.

Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information about their capability statement, proposal or quotation no later than 12pm Italian Local Time, Wednesday, 26 September 2018.If the aforementioned submission meets the requirement it will be considered by the agency. The team will train military members and local nationals (Italian) both in English and Italian on NFPA 1071, Standard for Emergency Vehicle Technician Professional Qualifications certification requirements.  

This procurement also requires the contractor to develop and provide training sessions NLT than 2 weeks after delivery of the equipment for at least 8 hours onsite training (at each delivery location – Ansbach for Germany, Vicenza for Italy) for approximately 20 students in local language (German/Italian).
