The objectives of the project are to remove the rock and vegetative debris from the spillway, install rock anchors and rockfall mesh on the slope above the spillway and repair damage to the concrete in the spillway as necessary. The slope above the spillway is steep and varies from approximately 60 to 140 feet in height.
