The purpose of this contract is to obtain exterior janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Tallinn, Estonia. The Contractor shall perform exterior janitorial services in all designated spaces.GRASS CUTTINGThe Contractor shall maintain the height of grass around 5-7 centimeters.

Services needed include but are not limited to the following: 1. Walk around the building and pickup any trash in the parking lots, next to the building, on the Event Lawn and empty all outside trash cans. 2. Empty all trashcans inside the building, including all offices, kitchen, meeting areas, and the COA offices. 3. Clean and sanitize all restrooms to include toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
